DJ large angle belt conveyor is also called edge belt conveyor. In order to obtain better receiving and discharging conditions, the machine adopts "Z" layout. That is, there are upper horizontal section, lower horizontal section and inclined section. The machine receives materials in the lower horizontal section and discharges materials in the upper horizontal section. The convex arc section frame is used to connect the upper horizontal section and the inclined section, and the concave arc section frame is used to connect the lower horizontal section and the inclined section to realize the smooth transition of the conveyor belt.

Features 
1. This series of products is a kind of equipment for continuous conveying of bulk materials, which adopts the conveyor belt with corrugated edge and diaphragm. Therefore, it is especially suitable for high angle transportation.
2. The upper limit of conveying angle is 90 ° and the upper limit of conveying material particle size is 300 mm.
3. For materials with special requirements, such as high temperature, acid, alkali, oil or organic solvent, special edge retaining conveyor belt shall be used.
